Voter Registration Form Request

In Massachusetts, to be eligible to vote in the November 4th General Election, your mail-in voter registration form must be postmarked by Wednesday, October 15, 2008.

There is insufficient time for a Massachusetts form to be mailed from this office and processed by Wednesday, October 15, 2008. To verify your voter registration, register to vote or change party enrollment for the November 4th General Election, please contact your local City or Town Clerk.
