Food Stamp Program is Now SNAP

The Massachusetts Food Stamp Program has a new name, the Supplemental Assistance Program — SNAP — as well as a new, easier application process for seniors. Even if you applied before and been ineligible, or own a home and car, the new rules will expand the benefits for more seniors.
